Heytesbury Stockfeeds Simpson Speedway will welcome both competitors and spectators for the first time this season tonight as they host the Southwest Conveyancing 410 Sprintcar Cup. This event will also kick off Morrell Media’s 2020/21 season off as Jake joins the commentary team along with Ben Swanson & Garry Ross.
Almost 90 cars are set to feature for tonight’s race as fans are sure to get there fix as racing resumes in the southwest of Victoria.

With such a long off season there has been a number of team movements along with appearance overhauls which will we will cover throughout the season, but tonight will see the likes of Jordyn Charge (Incharge Racing) and recently engaged Corey McCullagh (Corey McCullagh Racing) support their own versions of a green machine paint scheme. While Blake Walsh (Walsh Family racing) will take part in his very first appearance in a 410-sprint car after moving through the wingless & iracing ranks in recent years.
Portland’s Brock Hallett (Brock Hallett Motorsport) will be on a quick turnaround from Whyalla, South Australia which is some 1000 km’s away, as he looks to back up an outstanding performance in the City of Whyalla Major’s Cup which he finished 3rd.
Most recent 360 sprintcar Australian champion Brett Milburn (Brett Milburn Motorsport V68) will be on double duties as he looks to jump in the hot seat of the V68 sprintcar & VX67 Wingless on what is sure to be a challenge first night back. Recently announced teammates Charles Hunter & Brayden Parr will look to do battle as they begin their new partnership with Heath Hunter Motorsport
Fans can also look forward to a number of Simpson Speedway regulars with the likes of Van Ginneken, Vogels along with the Solomon brothers join the nomination list.
